Before your first appointment
You will need to complete a Client Treatment Form. If you are a new client, you will need to book a consultation (free!) appointment, prior to having any treatments done. This complimentary appointment will take between 15-30 minutes, which allows us to go over your Client Treatment Form, allows us to explain the process to you, discuss your personalized treatment schedule and answer any questions you have.
